Where do I begin? Working with Casey to find our home was such a pleasure. Her professionalism is amazing. From the start she really listened to what my family and I were looking for and didn’t was time showing homes that we would not be interested in. Through the entire process she kept us informed so there wouldn’t be any surprises that we wouldn’t be prepared for. I work 3rd shift and she would always make herself available to answer any questions or address any concerns I may of had. All the way across the board Casey, was a pleasure to work with. For my first time buying a house, Casey was the perfect choice. She was very attentive, professional and patient. Being my first time I had many questions and concerns, as well as many details I wished to have met for my new home. Casey paid close attention to everything I was looking for and was sure to look for places that met all my needs as closely as possible. She was very helpful when looking at houses, looking for details and in places that I would not have thought to. She is very knowledgeable not only about how a home should look, but about what improvements could be made, helping us envision life in each home we viewed. From the beginning i felt she was a very good person to speak with about every aspect of home buying. Casey was available any time I needed her and would come across town to meet us to view a home at almost any time. She had to show us plenty of homes, as I was very picky about what I wanted but she was happy to help us look at as many as we needed. She very much wanted us to be happy with the choice we made and worked very hard to help us find a place that met our many needs. Casey made herself available mornings, nights and weekends for us. Keeping this close contact with us we were able to jump on a wonderful home right as it opened. Through the negotiating process Casey was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also able to help us when deciding on financing and getting us through the process of obtaining a loan and home owners insurance. As stressful as home buying can be with so many tiny details, Casey is an excellent choice to help ease the burden of looking, inspecting and working out a fair deal for both buyer and seller. I would gladly use her again and even though I have been in my home for a good while I feel I could still call or text with any questions or concerns. Casey was not only a great realtor for us, but an wonderful friend as well that we were very happy to have worked with. I would not have wanted anyone else to help us on buying our first home.
