We are a family owned local company (father and son) who believes in putting our client’s needs first. These guys are so good at what they do... they were actually able to get me a full price offer in less than 24 hours on the market!  Both Daryl and Eric are quickly responsive to emails and phone calls, and when searching for a new home, will have multiple prospects lined up and showing scheduled.   Eric Hibbs helped us buy our first home in Louisville, KY. He quite literally showed us 40 homes until we found the perfect one in the span of a couple weeks. Eric was patient, honest, and hardworking.  He provided us with so many pieces of advice and made the experience amazing.  When we moved out of Kentucky, Eric sold our home for us.  He maintained contact with us to ensure we always received the best homeowner / renovation expert advice.  We never would have had the positive experience we did without him.

We are very excited for his own real estate agency because we know it will be amazing for him and his clients.

  Daryl and Eric were absolutely amazing!!! We know who to call in the future if we ever decide to sell our house. They went above and beyond for us to make sure we not only got what we wanted but also the best deal. Anytime we seen a house on the market, they quickly got us scheduled and made us a main priority! He answered our million questions no matter what time of the day we asked them, without hesitation. He was so knowledgeable about the entire process. He walked us through every step and explained everything that was happening. It really made buying a house pretty easy.   Eric helped us with the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new one in 2020. He showed us the home we eventually bought on short notice on a Saturday, we put in an offer that was accepted that night, listed our home the following Monday, and secured a buyer within two days. Eric made this whirlwind of a process as smooth as possible and kept up great communication all along the way.
