Q:  Why Do I Need a Realtor®?

A:  Selling and/or buying a home can be a stressful and difficult process. Our goal is to take the stress off of you! There are countless federal, state and local laws regarding real estate that the general public is not familiar with and without an expert to inform and help you through it, you could easily be breaking those laws. Our agents are educated and trained to help you make sure that all paperwork is being completed properly and they’re going to be able to help you navigate the chaos that can come with things like inspections, appraisals, underwriting and title searches. 

Q:  Who Are Your Affiliated Business Partners?

A:  We don’t have any! If you would like us to recommend a loan officer, home inspector, title company, attorney, contractor or home warranty company then we will gladly give you recommendations based on our experiences. However we intentionally do not have any Affiliated Business Agreements. We simply do not believe in receiving kickbacks for referring our clients to other professionals. We believe in a free market where our clients are encouraged to choose the person or business that best meets their needs. We encourage all of our agents to express this viewpoint to their clients and to give recommendations (when asked) based on their personal and professional experience. 

Q:  How Long Does It Take To Buy or Sell A Home?

A:  There are a lot of variables but once under contract, it typically takes 30-45 days to close. We have closed in as little as three days after contract acceptance and have had some that take a few months. Variables include mortgage underwriting, liens on properties, repairs needed, appraisal issues, etc. Please give us a call for more details for your specific scenario.

Q:  Are You Locally Owned?

A:  Yes! We are a father and son business with roots right here in Kentucky. We are both lifelong residents and our agents are local experts as well. Read more about us on our Who Are We? page. 

Q:  What Are Your Hours?

A:  We do not keep set hours. We work during the day like most people but we also work most evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedules of each client. Don’t be afraid to reach out after 5pm or on a Sunday afternoon. We will be glad to take your call whenever we can.
